Okay so maybe that may not be the top question we get but hey, we put alot of effort to ensure that we do our best and our customers are always happy so we hope that one day that this is the top question we get. 

Anywho...The following are the actual FAQs

Q - Where do you ship from?

A - We ship from our partnered production outlets located primarily in the United States and China. Though some items can be from other countries as well. We are always on the look out for great items and so we don't limit our origins of shipping/production locations. As long as the quality is high and we think that our customers will love it, we will ensure that tBB store can bring the item to you. 

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A - The shipping times vary depending on where you are located and where the item is being shipped from. A general shipping time of 10-30 days should be expected (excluding order processing time). Our American customers enjoy the fastest shipping times and can even expect to get their items within a week! Please refer to the email you receive once you place an order for a more accurate estimation of shipping duration. 

Q - Where can I place an order from?

A - Currently tBB's premium products are available in the following countries: Australia, Croatia, France, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Singapore, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, Estonia, Gibraltar, Israel, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Sweden, Canada, Finland, Great Britain, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, and Switzerland.

NOTE: To our friends in the rest of the world, we do apologise that we do not ship to your country 😞 . As tBB is a very young brand, our current scale of operation does not make it feasible for us to ship worldwide without charging shipping costs. Which then makes our products incredibly expensive and that is something we do not wish to do. In the coming years, with the support of our wonderful customers, we hope to become an international brand that ships world wide (Thanks in advance to all our supportive customers!).

Q - Will I receive a tracking number?

A - Yes Indeed! firstly, you will receive an order confirmation email and soon after you will receive a second email containing a tracking code so you can keep track of your order.

Q - Is shipping free on orders?

A - Shipping is most certainly free on all current items. All our products are shipped under USPS Commercial ePacket service.

Q - Will you sell my information such as email to third party bodies?

A - Heck no! We do not sell your personal information in any way or form and only use your email for sending you newsletters and sale updates. We may send some funny memes just to brighten your day though 😁

Q - Did the chicken come first or the egg?

A - WE DON'T KNOW OKAY. But we are going to be adding a cute chicken costume for kids if you're interested! Just imagine all the chicken jokes you can make with something like that!
